|Recommended: YesMixed Feelings After the First Month — I’ve been living in the complex for about a month now, and while there are definitely things I like, there are also several concerns worth mentioning.
The apartment itself is nice, and the amenities that are available are solid. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they care about the residents and try to be responsive.
However, I’ve already noticed a few maintenance and cleanliness issues that are hard to overlook—especially for a new build. The trash in the garage lobby stairwell is often left unattended and smells bad, which is disappointing. Also, the door scanner has already been ripped off the wall, and the west lobby front door isn’t functioning properly. These issues make the place feel a bit neglected, even though it’s brand new. The package room and system is a bit unorganized sometimes packages are left in the lobby and not the package room I think there needs to be signage for delivery drivers
I was also told there would be TVs in the courtyard and that the 6th floor terrace would be furnished so residents could enjoy the rooftop. Neither of those amenities have been made available yet, which makes me feel like some promises were made that haven’t been followed through on. Considering this is labeled as luxury apartments I would think that they would want to uphold to that standard.
Overall, I still think the place has potential and I’m hopeful things will improve as the building gets more established—but at the moment, it feels like the delivery isn’t fully matching the expectations that were set.
